These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Voxel.Rent rental portal integration service ("Service") available at voxel.rent. By accessing or using this Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.
Voxel.Rent provides a universal rental portal integration service that enables car rental companies to connect their fleet management systems with popular website platforms including WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Base44, and custom-built websites. The Service is designed for small to mid-sized vehicle rental companies seeking to boost online bookings.
Voxel.Rent is NOT affiliated with TSD, and this is NOT an official TSD product. Voxel.Rent is an independent third-party service designed to integrate with TSD rental management systems. Any issues, concerns, or technical matters related to the TSD system itself should be directed to TSD support, not Voxel.Rent.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind. Voxel.Rent expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Voxel.Rent does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Voxel.Rent shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service. This includes damages resulting from loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities, regardless of whether Voxel.Rent has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
When your subscription expires, access to the Service will cease and the product will stop functioning, except as described below for Lifetime Plans. You are responsible for timely renewal or continued payment of your subscription fees.
Lifetime Plan Exception: If you have purchased a Lifetime Plan, the Service will continue to function, and technical support will be provided for up to 4 years from the date of purchase. After this 4-year support window, the Service may cease functioning or support may be discontinued at Voxel.Rent's discretion.
Voxel.Rent shall not be responsible for any damage to your website, data loss, system failures, booking data loss, or any other harm that may result from the use of or integration with the Service. You use the Service at your own risk and are solely responsible for backing up any critical data and ensuring compatibility with your existing systems.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to use the Service for unauthorized access, data scraping, or any activity that could harm the Service or other users.
Voxel.Rent reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service following notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
